Following on from yesterdays message the Lord has impressed upon me that He is going to do a "new thing". We are going to hear of amazing prophetic words and revelations from the Holy Ghost. When the Lord speaks through a prophet it is very important we listen, take note and are open, especially if it involves a tremendous blessing coming our way.
To speak against a prophetic word because it does not fit out "theological understanding" or "traditional thinking" etc is to do ourselves out of a blessing. better to say nothing and just remain open.
The ramifications for speaking against a prophetic word are that we may not partake of the prophesied event.
2kings 7:1-2 When Elsiha prophesied in the midst of a famine that "tomorrow about this time a measure of fine flour will be sold for a shekel.. A royal official said "behold if the Lord should make windows in heaven, could this thing be ?" Then he said "behold , you will see it with your eyes , but you shall not eat of it". That official died when the word was fulfilled and there was such a rush to get food they trampled on him.
Then there is the case when Jesus said "except you drink my blood and eat my flesh you shall have no part of me " many pulled away from him, and missed out on paramount miracles, then no one believed Noah but his family.
God is about to do incredible works for us, we about to see generational curses broken, miracles, healings , relationships restored , millions coming to Christ.
He is about to pour out such an anointing on His people the powers of darkness that have held, nations, cities, families individuals captive will be smashed.
