Last night I had a dream.
In the dream I saw before me a door.It looked like the door of a strong room where you would keep valuables. It was made of steel with steel surrounds.
I opened the door and the room inside was completely empty and stark.There was a few empty shelves and it had no life in it.
Today at about 2pm I told my wife the dream and straight away she had the interpretation. We had been seeking security and that lay in us purchasing a home. However God by His Spirit conveyed to us that it is an empty security and does not contain as yet the life of God for our life at present.
When I got home about 4pm,the voice of God spoke to me powerfully as I had a lie down after several hours at a mall shopping with my wife, ( even though I sat down most of the time).
He said, ” Stay by me”
In other words don’t go ahead of me nor behind me.
When it’s God’s time for us to move to our own home He will open the door for us.
‘Stand by me’ are probably one of the most powerful phrases uttered in history, for when we walk next to our risen savior we experience His covering of blessing on our life, not that we are exempt from the trials of life, but that “through Him we can do all things” and He gives us angelic protection and unfathomable grace as He is our security, not things, objects or people.
God spoke to me early this morning and said,
” I will be exalted among the heathen”
Interesting how God used the wording of the KJV Bible to speak to me.
The modern translations say “exalted among the nations” not heathen.
There is a distinct variation in the two words.
Nations speak of physical countries , ie Russia, England, Australia etc, whereas “heathen” speaks of those who worship false gods , idols and false philosophies.
So heathen can be transnational and incorporate several countries at one time, some even global entities, like many global religions other than followers of Christ.. It is these that the Lord God will be exalted among by His manifestations of power and glory.
Interesting He used the word “among”, so many are going to realise the God of the Bible is in fact the God they are actually seeking. They will repent of their deception, acknowledge Christ as the ultimate savior and acknowledge the only way to have fellowship with the Almighty is through accepting by faith the shedding of His blood to pay for their redemption.
The verse before this says “Be still and know that I am God”
What are we to do for this manifestation of glory. Nothing , but just be still , wait and be patient.
