MY FIRST VISIT TO HEAVEN                 Simon Cox

Thank you for taking time out to read of my time when I was like Paul the Apostle taken to the third heaven. This is an account of my first trip there and the second was about 40 years later. I was so privileged to do so circa 1981 in The Good Samaritan Fellowship, Janakpuri, New Delhi, age 22.

I had given my life to Jesus that previous year but had been struggling with my faith and had just left a Christian YWAM house in Kathmandu. I had arrived in Delhi and unfortunately had run out of money but was graciously given a house to live in by a missionary returning to England for some time.

The Pastor of the church I was attending, Glady Eshwar Raj utilized my limited artistic abilities and had me painting the banners for evangelic campaigns. The Good Samaritan Fellowship was experiencing a move of God at the time. It was during Church one Sunday morning during worship that I was taken to heaven in the spirit and saw God.

Concerning my vision of heaven: we read that the apostle Paul was caught up in the spirit, “Such a one caught up to the third heaven…how that he was caught up into paradise and heard unspeakable words, which is not lawful for a man to utter.” This was similar to my experience.

After the visit to heaven I became an Evangelist and have continued in that passion for the last 40 years. Even now at age 61 I have been ministering twice a week for the last 10 years in the night club area of Brisbane, Fortitude Valley. I am well received by the people that inhabit that area and the word is out that I should be revered and protected. I have been very zealous for the Lord and His church in many countries, cities, towns and homes.

ETERNITY

When arriving in heaven I saw the greenest grass you could imagine. Like grass when you first plant it and it grows lush and a brilliant green. It was not like thinking, “Wow I am in heaven,” I was in a trance like state.

Next I noticed the sky and it was beautiful blue, not a cloud in it. There were two noticeable differences, one was that there was no sun in the sky and yet it was a bright light. It was lightened by the glory of God, hence there was no longer any time.

Next as I looked to my amazement there was no horizon, the sky and the ground never touched. It went on forever and ever. As I stood gazing at this scene, I felt I understood it to mean that Jesus said,” My kingdom will go on forever and ever, there will be no end. This is eternity, and that now I had eternal life meaning I could accomplish great things for God and that I would have no limitations of what I could do for him.” I felt also that He was saying that I was now a sheep of His and that the green grass signified He would provide for for me forever and ever.

THE FACE OF GOD

Upon seeing eternity, the sheer sight of it must have possibly made me pass out or something similar for next I was in the throne room of heaven and saw God. It was like in an opera house and I was I thought in a stall looking at God. I was some kilometers from the throne, yet I could see the face of God clearly. I was looking up at God on a 45-degree angle.

GLORY

The face I saw was all powerful, the face of a powerful man, kinglike, royal and He was being worshipped by the host of heaven. I saw the right side of His face as He was looking to His left. I had never seen anybody worshipped before as New Zealanders can be a little self-depreciating and if someone says “Wow, you did that well,” most would say, “Oh anybody could do it.” God was not like that. He was accepting worship and agreeing with the multitude as they sang how amazing, wonderful and glorious He is. I understood that God receives all the glory and I should never take the glory in anything for myself, that He will not share it, it is all about him.

FAITH

Next, I looked again and saw the face of God again. This time it had changed. I saw that God could do anything and that He had never worried or lost sleep. He did not know what unbelief was and had everything in total control, He was not worried about nothing or no one, and everything was going according to his plan. I understood that I had to have faith in life and that unbelief would get me nowhere, especially in time of crisis and emergencies. This face was looking straight ahead, and I saw it to be to the left of the first face as I looked at it. He did not look at me.

DISCERMENT

Again, God’s face seemed to change, and I saw him moving His head around and enjoying all the praise and worship of the heavenly host. He swung his face past me and briefly saw me, then, as if in shock, He swung it back and just stared His gaze at me for about two to three seconds. He kind of looked at me as if he was amazed how I had got into heaven and was looking at Him. He stared at me and saw in those seconds every thought I had ever thought and was ever going to think. He knew everything, where I had been, was going, my family, relationships, everything and to tell you the truth He was not overly excited by all He saw. He knew I was a sinner, but I saw that I had found grace in His sight and that I would somehow be of benefit to His kingdom. A bit like a mighty general seeing a young soldier barge into a meeting but in his mercy having forgiveness for him as he may be of some value. The reason He looked at me twice was because when I was five years old, I gave my life to Jesus, but unfortunately went away from the Lord and only at age 21 came back to Him. So, he saw me briefly at five but really saw me again at age 22.

This face was again on the left (my left) of the other faces. The other faces were stationary, but this face was moving and gazing at all the inhabitants of heaven.

I knew at that time we can hide nothing from God, he knows everything we do. When God looked at me, He did not so much look at my face but read my heart. He seemed to say to me that He has given every man a mask, which is a face, but I should learn to be like Him and read people’s hearts. I believe to a certain extent He gave me that gift of discernment, a bit like staying with your first impression of people; often it is true.

When God investigated my heart it was vice versa, I saw the heart of God as well. Often, I still see it, even after 40 years I can just close my eyes and there He is. The vision was burned into my subconscious mind.

JESUS IN GOD

As I looked again, I saw God disappear and to my amazement I saw Jesus. He was inside God. He was looking up and was one with the Father. Jesus said that He and the Father are one. I saw that Jesus was just in adoration of the Father and totally in love with Him. He was beautiful. As I gazed at him, suddenly the love He had for the Father came upon me and I was consumed in it. I could hardly breathe as His love seemed to overwhelm me. For a while I could hardly see anything for His love was so intense. He gave me a tremendous love for God.

THE CHURCH

Then I opened my eyes and saw all the Christians around the throne, and they were in awe of Him and worshipping Him and praising Him. I felt he said to me “Simon I love all Christians the same. I don’t love anyone more than another. My love is impartial. I want you to do the same, love my people, they are all wonderful.” I also felt He said to me that, “If any group says they are the only ones who are saved and not accepting other denominations then they are in error and possibly a cult.”

I have always had a great love for the body of Christ and have fellowshipped with just about every denomination and found them all to be wonderful people. The body of Christ has been very good to me. I have the gift of prophecy and have used it to bless the body over many decades.

THE MARTYRS

I looked again and Jesus disappeared, and I saw the face of the Father. He was all powerful and all knowing. In front of the throne was a multitude that no man could number and they were resting before God. Then one of them raised their hand to God and said, “Thank you God for looking after me, you have been amazing.” He heard that one and lent over even though God was immense He looked over and recognized the one in the crowd who said that. I understood Him to say, “Yes I know you, I have looked after you and will continue to do so. Then he raised His head again and regained his royal splendor. Again, another in the multitude raised their hand and said, “Thank you so much for looking after me all my life.” Again God leaned over and yes He recognized that one,”Oh yes I know you and that’s right I have looked after you and will continue to do so.” Then God again raised His head and was enjoying being thanked. He seemed to be like a natural father who enjoys it when his children thank him.

I felt a question come into my mind, “Who do think these ones are?” I said, “I have no idea.” then the reply came, “These are the Old and the New Testament martyrs. They are before the throne of God day and night. He has wiped away every tear from their eyes and they sorrow no longer. “Did you see how thankful they are?” Thankfulness is the key for the Christian life. It was their thankfulness that got them through their hour of trial.”

The faces of God started at the right with the first face looking towards the right and I saw the side of his face. The next face was looking straight ahead but did not look at me. The third face looked directly at me and then Jesus was looking up. The last face was looking forward but did not see me.

THE SONG OF THE REDEEMED

Next, I saw a wind blowing through heaven. It was dancing before the throne of God and causing all whom it came upon to sing with great joy. The sound of that song was beyond words. It was the mother of all music and it was the song that every musician aims for. We all have favorite songs and when we play or hear them, we are reminded of a time in our lives, generally a good one. This song is all those rolled together. It was ecstatic

Next it came upon me and I sang it like I had known it all my life. It was the Spirit of God moving through my life and causing me to just praise and proclaim the mighty works of God. I sang it for a long time in a baritone voice very wholeheartedly. I sang it in another heavenly language.

MY WIFE TO BE

After a while a lady next to me started singing. She sung in a soprano voice as the wind blew through her and made beautiful music. I got notes she could not get, and she sung notes I could not sing. Sometimes I was singing with full Augusto and other times I was a bit quiet and she was leading the way. We complimented each other. I understood it to mean that God had a wife for me and that she would have gifts and talents I did not have and vice versa and that we would complement each other.

After going to heaven for one and a half years I worked as a street evangelist. About a year in Candy Chow, Old Delhi’s largest bazaar and then six months on Freak Street, Kathmandu where I was asked to return to the YWAM half way house that I had left one and half years prior and they agreed to give me accommodation and food in return for ministering as an evangelist as they recognized my calling.

One night I received a telegram that my amazing father had died. The Lord provided me with the finances to return to Christchurch, New Zealand. One night not long after my return I felt to go to a church on the other side of town at the seven o’clock night service. I sat down and introduced myself to the young lady to my right. After the service she asked if I wanted a cup of tea, we had some brief fellowship and I gave her my number as she had not been in town long and I knew Christchurch well. If she needed assistance in any way she could phone me. She rang me on the Wednesday night, and we agreed to go out to the movies on the Saturday night. When I arrived to take her out, I was smitten by her beauty, and that night the Lord told me she was to be my wife and the lady I saw in heaven.

I assisted in her salvation and we remained good friends. Four years later we agreed that we were destined for each other and married and had four amazing children, two girls and two boys. Our gifting was different; Sandra was from a small town and her father a sheep farmer. I was from the city. She has been and still is a very beautiful woman and a fantastic wife and mother to our children. I have been blessed by her as my wife.

PROVISION FOR MY WIFE

In the vision my wife and I sang together for a long time. Then the wind departed from me and I stood still, just gazing up at God. My wife continued singing in the soprano voice for a long time without me. I felt the Lord say that we would be together a long time then I would be the first to die and go to the Lord while Sandra would remain on earth a long time without me and that I should make provision for her financially.

CHAPTER TWO

 

MY SECOND TRIP TO HEAVEN

In October 2019 one morning I got ready for work about 8am and in my bedroom heaven was opened to me. This is an account of this visitation. It lasted 14 days and in that time, God showed me again what I saw the first time in heaven, but this time it changed. It was like the first time I went into a room and all the furniture was there but covered in linen. This time the linen was removed, and I saw a new interpretation of the initial visitation. It is amazing and you will be blessed as with patience and an enquiring heart you diligently give heed to these revelations and warnings I received from God. I had been meditating on the first vision for 40 years so to see it change before my eyes was very hard on me as it had been my mainstay for four decades. But God spoke to me and said that what He had planned for me in the future needed the new revelation of heaven. It was a very emotional time and I received a lot comfort from Sandra as God sought to give me deeper revelation.

THE FACE OF A LION.

One of the first things I saw that initial morning was that the first face I saw in heaven the first time was of God being worshipped and He was ruler of everything. This time I saw that He had the face of a mighty lion. The effect was startling to me and I confided closely with Sandra. A lion rules the jungle and its roar brings fear to most creatures. I stayed mostly in my room all day staring at this unfolding revelation and struggled initially to absorb the fullness of it as God had changed His face before my very eyes. It was so powerful it was like your wife or husband changing their face and character before your eyes.

THE FACE OF A BULL

The next morning, I arose and the power of God filled my room. I saw that the second face of God, the one that had never feared, never known defeat and had absolute faith was indeed the face of a powerful bull. Bulls fear nothing, have enormous courage, seldom worry and convey the understanding that they have everything under control. I stayed in my room most of the day.

THE FACE OF AN EAGLE IN FLIGHT

The third face of God was the one that discerned my heart the first time and read every thought I had ever thought. I now saw it as the face of an eagle in flight. I saw the face all day, as it again read me. It was the only face of the four that looked at me and made contact.

I SEE JESUS AGAIN

God then seemed to disappear, and I next saw Jesus inside the throne. He looked beautiful. The first time I saw him in heaven he was in adoration of the Father and I experienced that love. This time there was a difference. The first time Jesus was in adoration of the Father, this time I saw him, I saw He had no blood in his body, He seemed to be sad. I spent most of the day looking at him, then in the evening rested.

THE THRONE OF GOD

The first time I went to heaven the Lord did not show me the throne, this time He did. I saw that it was a large mountain and the faces of God are on the top of it and Jesus is in it. It is Mount Zion. To the Jews Zion speaks of paradise based on the Hebrew Bible. Eternal life for the Israelites is to be found only in Zion. Zion means deliverance, holiness, restoration of inheritance. God spoke to me Obadiah 1:17, “But out of Zion will be deliverance, it will be holy, and Jacob will possess his inheritance”.

Jesus is the fulfillment of all the Old Testament prophecies about the Jewish Messiah. He is the real Passover lamb; He fulfilled the law and the prophets. Jacob’s inheritance is Christ. The Lord told me He is about to reveal himself to the Jewish nation and they will recognize Jesus as their Messiah.

* I saw him pieced this time as it says, “They will look upon him they have pierced.”

* Jesus delivers us from sin, Satan, the Law of Moses, the world and death itself.

* The death burial and resurrection of Jesus is the throne of God, that’s where the power is.

In the book of Revelation chapter four we read that no one was found worthy to open the scroll with seven seals, (that is the future of mankind.) then the prophet wept at knowing this. A voice spoke to him and said that the Lion of the tribe of Judah has overcome so he can open the seven seals. When John looked for this Lion between the throne and the four living creatures, he saw not a lion but a lamb as if slain.

THE FACE OF A MAN

The fourth face was the same as the first time I went to heaven; it was the face of a man. I was grateful that something in the visions stayed the same as my world was being challenged by these new revelations.

CONCLUSION TO SEEING THE FACES

When I saw each new face, the effect was tremendous on my emotional state and at times I had to purposely control my emotions, I was seeing again the faces of God. I could understand how people like Daniel collapsed when seeing God.

I think what happens is we have pathways in our brain, like how to drive, do our jobs, people and events we recognize. But seeing God kind of overloads these pathways and can cause extreme variations in our being trying to rationalize what we are seeing. God seems to create at these times new pathways as He shows things that our brains cannot even begin to imagine let alone comprehend. A bit like a mate saying that he will come around in his new car tonight and when he arrives the car is as big as a city block. The neural pathways struggle.

I was a long way from God, it seemed like kilometers, but I could see the faces clearly as in heaven there is no “space” and you can see something a long way off and suddenly it is right in front of you. I could see the faces of God right in front of me even though they were a long way away. God’s way of deliverance for us in His manifold wisdom always involves His four faces as was the case when he delivered the children of Israel from the Egyptian oppression as in Exodus 2:24

* The lion hears the cry of man.

* The bull remembers His covenant.

* The eagle sees the man or woman’s need.

* The man knows them.

THE CLEFT OF A ROCK

In the first vision I never saw clearly where Sandra and I were standing, I always thought it was like at the opera and I was in a stall high up watching like the opera. Now God showed me clearly, and He told me that we were standing in the cleft of a rock, the same place that God put Moses when he saw the glory of God. I struggled at the enormity of that revelation and spent the day staring at it in awe.

The cleft of a rock is a very safe place. It’s a place of God’s protection. It’s high up from the ground and protected from the elements. Christ’s body was broken for us and we live in the benefits of Jesus crucifixion. A place of Gods perfect will is the place of Gods protection. It’s there we see his glory.

Over my 40 years of walking with Christ I have earnestly sought to obey the Lord. He has always looked after me. I have witnessed for him on the streets of the world. To name a few, in Cambodia where he sent me in the 1990’s, on the streets of Auckland, New Zealand where Sandra and I lived by faith, even though at one time there my hands never touched money for three to four months; still He provided. Then when I was 51 years of age the Lord sent me to the night club precinct of Brisbane, Fortitude Valley where I ministered for 10 years. It is in obeying the Lord we see his glory.

NEW REVELATION OF GOD

In some ways the new revelation of God’s faces shattered my life. I had meditated on the faces of God for 40 years and they had become part of my DNA. Now I was grappling with this new vision and its magnitude and power.

I asked the Lord and He said to me by revelation, “Simon, you are like Moses, he knew me for forty years as El Shaddai then when he entered again into Egypt I revealed myself to him as YWHW. The first faces you saw where those of me as El Shaddai the second as YWHW.

The first faces where inspiring and I gained great understanding from meditating on them. They comforted me in hard times and guided me through life. They were amazing, beautiful, inspiring to me and became my constant companion.

I suppose God was like that to Moses in his desert wanderings for 40 years. He would have known him as his protector, teacher, and comforter on cold nights, defender when he faced the wolves and wild animals.

Now in Exodus 6 God says to Moses, “I am the Lord; and I appeared to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, as El Shaddai but by my name YHWH I did not make myself known to them.”

In the first vision I saw that the Jesus was in adoration of God the Father, in the second I saw that Jesus had no blood in his body and I understood that YHWH is like the enforcer of the blood covenant we have with God, in Jesus’ blood and will bring down everything that stands in its way. In Egypt he pulled down the gods of Egypt with miraculous power and I believe we as the church are about now to see God manifest his power to vindicate the sacrifice of his Son and this will be done with tremendous miracles which the Jewish people will acknowledge are of God. There is no greater resolve in God’s heart than the total vindication of His Son’s sacrifice for man.

THE FOUR GOSPELS

God told me that the four faces I saw speak of the four gospels of the Bible:

* He said that the face of the Lion speaks of Jesus in the book of Mathew, Jesus the Lion of the tribe of Judah. Related from the kings in his Genealogy we see his majesty and kingship.

* The face of the bull speaks about Jesus in the book of Mark. The man of great faith, never flinching, “All things are possible to him who believes,” empowering his people to believe.

* The face of the eagle shows us Jesus in the book of John, “The son of God, the word of God, the Prophet.”

* The face of a man is Jesus in the book of Luke: Jesus the man sympathizing with our struggles, born to a young lady, growing up in Nazareth, caring for the people, the Son of Man.

GODS PLAN FOR MAN

He then told me that the Lion also speaks of the Book of Genesis, which depicts God as creating the universe and the world and all of creation, the sovereign God, the king.

He said that from Exodus to Psalms he is depicted as the bull. First with Moses when God rose up and destroyed the nation that came against Israel and tried in vain to stop the prophetic word that he spoke to Abraham about, “His seed will be as the stars of heaven,” and that God had gifted him the land that Israel now resides in. We see the rise of Joshua, the deliverers, the kings, and David.

The eagle is symbolic of Ecclesiastes to John the Baptist, the Books of the Prophets.

Then we see Jesus arrive born of a virgin, the savior of the world, the entire Christian age where the Gospel spreads around the entire globe and brings eternal life to a throng that no man could number. The rest of the Bible up to Revelation speaks of this; all the epistles, the gospels.

The man is seen in the Book of Revelation. In that book we see the end of the Christian age and the millennium where the martyrs will live with God for a thousand years. This is the first resurrection. Revelation 20:4-5.

I felt inclined to add that when the wind blew upon Sandra and me it could have been a type of after the millennium, the marriage supper of the lamb and his bride when we entered Gods rest for eternity.

THE WIND OF GOD

I again saw the wind of God moving through heaven and causing young and old to worship God when it came upon them. The wind is the “Rauch,” the Holy Spirit and He brings life to the believers. I saw that the wind is the breath of God. God breathes out only and never needs to breathe in. As I spent the day comprehending this God gave me rest.

THE GRASS AND CLEAR SKY

With my first visit to heaven I saw the green grass and crystal-clear sky first, yet in the second I saw it last. I said to the Lord why is that? I felt he said to me that in the coming revival that, “The first will be last and the last first. “ I felt he spoke to me about the parable of the laborer’s, some went to work at 9 others at 12 and then he called some at 3pm to work. That a lot of those about to be used of God in this revival have never been used like this before and that some of the others who God has used in the past will not be used and that they will be a bit upset about this as all will share the reward.

He also showed me again there were no seas. He revealed to me that in eternity there will be no divisions, no nationalities, no nations, we will all be one in Christ.

Also, there were no shadows as I stood there. No sin, sickness, disease, nor curse.

The grass was like when you plant grass seed and when it first springs up it is that brilliant green but fades over time. When I saw it, it stayed that intense green, meaning no more curse or ageing in heaven as Gods power is so great time is frozen. It will be a new heaven and a new earth.

He also spoke to me about Ezekiel when God called him to go, “Out onto the plain,” and it was there that he beheld, “The glory of the Lord.” The Lord says that sometimes we see God’s glory when we obey him in the small things of life like going out onto a plain.

GOD OF THE HEBREWS

I saw God from the right to the left. This is the way the Hebrews read. He is foremost the God of the Hebrews through revealing himself primarily to Abraham, and his revelations through Moses. Christ came to fulfill the prophetic words of the Hebrew Old Testament. The church was grafted into that root stock.

CHAPTER THREE

THE BOOK OF REVELATION

After seeing the vision of heaven again, He spoke to me by revelation and explained to me a couple of differences between the first and second times I saw the throne room of God. He said to me that one of the differences was that in the first vision Jesus was in adoration of the father and the church.

He showed me that in the second vision Jesus was standing in the throne of God and he had no blood in his body and looked sad.

God spoke to my spirit and I felt he said, “Simon, my Son has given everything for mankind, the days of people speaking against him, his word, his people, the church and martyring his people is coming to an end.”

He said to me that another difference was that in the first vision the Christians were worshipping Jesus around the throne, but in the second it was the Jewish people coming into the kingdom at the divine revelation, “Out of Zion shall come deliverance,” and they will recognize Jesus as their Messiah.

Then he told me that in the first vision it was the Old and the New Testament martyrs before the throne thanking God. In the second vision it is the tribulation martyrs thanking him; those folk who face death for their Christian faith in the tribulation. Rev. 7:14.

I said to him, “So what do these differences mean?” He said to me that I should read the opening of the sixth seal in the Book of Revelation for that is what I was actually seeing: the opening of the seal.

I had to rest for the day and try to comprehend the enormity of what he was saying. I said to him, “So what I saw 40 years ago was in a way the germination of the opening of the sixth seal. He said, “Yes.” I could not comprehend the magnitude of it then but now I can. I almost passed out.

When we read or think of the Book of Revelation we must understand that the main aspect is the ‘revelation of Jesus’ and his moving during humanity and the book exposes Him revealing himself to mankind.

OPENING THE SIXTH SEAL (Revelation 6)

I now will convey to you what the Lord revealed to me by way of revelation about this event. Revelation 6:12, “I looked when he broke the sixth seal, and there was a great earthquake; and the sun became as black as sackcloth made of hair, and the whole moon became blood.”

He told me that a cataclysmic event is about to happen on the earth.

¹³ and the stars of the sky fell to earth.

He said that many celebrities and people that the world idolizes will fall from their elevated positions. He said that He alone should be worshipped.

^14a The sky was split apart like a scroll when it is rolled up.

He said that virtually heaven will come to earth such will be the manifestation of his power on display.

^14b And every mountain and island were moved out of their places.

Mountains and islands have always been a place of security in times of trouble. All man’s securities and the areas of their lives that they have trusted in will be shaken, example: wealth, family ties, political alliances, careers, military might, to name a few.

¹⁵ Then if you read the verse, they all ran to their securities and tried to hide themselves. They will try to hide in their securities, their businesses, families, careers, idols and sports.

¹⁶ And they said to the mountains and to the rocks, “Fall on us and hide us from the presence of Him who sits on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb.”

¹⁷ For the great day of their wrath has come, and who is able to stand.

Friends the day of Gods judgment has come.

I have already said when I saw heaven again, I saw Jesus with no blood in his body and God told me that His Son has given His all for mankind and the days of those that stand against Him and His Word and church is coming to an end. Such will be the magnitude of his out pouring of power that those not in Christ will be in serious trouble. I have stood in the full presence of God in heaven and been literally terrified by his righteousness and holiness. I cannot imagine what it would be like for a sinner, unbeliever, let alone those that speak against the Son of Man, his word, or try to hurt His body the Church.

REVELATION CHAPTER 7

In verses one to three we see a period when God is preparing the hearts of the Jewish people for the revelation of Christ to them.

Verse 4, “And I heard the number of those who were sealed, one hundred and forty-four thousand sealed from every tribe of the sons of Israel.”

Verse 5 to 8 lists the tribes of Israel and the twelve thousand from each tribe. However, the tribe of Dan is missing, and Joseph’s son’s Manassas is inserted.

Verse 9, “After these things I looked, and behold a great multitude which no man could count, from every nation and all tribes and people and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed in white robes, and palm branches were in their hands; and they cry out with a loud voice, saying, “Salvation to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb.”

Verse 11, All the angels were standing around the throne and around the elders and the four living creatures; and they fell on their faces before the throne and worshipped God, saying, “Amen, blessing and glory and wisdom and thanksgiving and honor and power and might, be to our God forever and ever. Amen.”

¹³ Then one of the elders answered, saying to me, “These who are clothed in the white robes, who are they, and where have they come from?”

¹⁴ I said to him, “My Lord, you know.” And he said to me, “These are the ones who come out of great tribulation, and they have washed their robes and made them white in the Blood of the Lamb.”

¹⁵ For this reason, they are before the throne of God, and they serve him day and night in his temple, and he who sits on the throne will spread His tabernacle over them.

¹⁶ They will hunger no longer, nor thirst anymore, nor will the sun beat down on them, nor any heat.

¹⁷ For the Lamb in the center of the throne will be their shepherd, and will guide them to springs of the water of life; and God will wipe every tear from their eye.

FOURTEEN DAYS

I asked the Lord, “Why was I seeing heaven for fourteen days.

Upon enquiring for an answer, I noted that 7 is the number of spiritual perfection and heaven is a “perfect place,” and I had had the opportunity to see it twice. As 14 is also twice seven it implies a double measure of that virtue.

Fourteen is also the number of salvation and deliverance as the Passover Lamb was sacrificed on the 14^th day of Nisan.

Elijah did 14 miracles and the number 14 is also the numerical value of the name of David in ancient Jewish numerology.

CONCLUSION

Friends God is about to open heaven for us as believers. I said to the lord, “How come in the first visit to heaven I actually went to heaven but in the second heaven was opened to me on earth. He said, “That’s right Simon, heaven is about to come to earth.” He said for 40 years you have been taking men and women to me, but soon you will be taking me to men and women.

I know it is quite a message to comprehend and I sought the Lord about how people will relate to the faces of God and His message.

The Lord said to me “I AM.” In other words, He will be what He will be, and He does what He wants and does not seek man’s opinion.

CHAPTER FOUR

HEAVEN OPENS AGAIN

About nine months after my previous encounter, God in His mercy opened the heavens again and He gave me a new interpretation to my original visit to heaven. I understood that the Lion represented my walk with God from the age of 22 to about age 30. This is when I sought the Lord sometimes for eight hours a day, did a 21 day fast at age 25, a forty day fast at 28 and another forty at age 29. I ministered on the streets around the world, Old Delhi Chandi Chowk bazaar, Kathmandu “Freak Street”, Christchurch New Zealand, Auckland Queen Street, Papakura NZ, Queenstown NZ, Ootacamund India and many other places. I was on fire for Christ and took serious ground for Jesus.

The Bull was the next approximately ten years of my life from 30 to about my early 40’s, when I was involved in business and was unstoppable. I sold real estate, life insurance, had a Christian night club, had an Art Business and was involved in being the sponsorship and marketing manager for Christchurch New Zealand’s attempt to put in a bid for the Winter Olympics. I was also involved in Business opportunities in the opening up of Cambodia to the world, where I became friends with one of the top generals in the country, won him to Christ and took a present from the Mayor of Christchurch to the King of Cambodia. I also gave the King a prophetic word.

The Eagle was from my early 40’s to early fifties. I moved at this time to live in a beautiful home by the water in New Zealand’s premier yachting and fishing paradise the ‘Bay of Islands.’ Here I established a business that enabled me to mingle and befriend many of the richest people in New Zealand and International businesspeople who lived there, some fulltime, others came and went. They loved the boating there, the marine life, its beauty, a strong international community. God, “Bore me on eagles wings and lifted me high.” He also used me at this time in the prophetic ministry and many of these people were touched by God’s power. An amazing revival of healing broke out and we saw incredible miracles take place, i.e. new kidneys formed, broken backs healed, a person not walking in seven years healed, a man with a fused wrist able to rotate it. My wife and I moved in circles we had never done before end became personal friends with many highflyers.

The next thing I saw in the original vision was Jesus and from the last vision I saw, he had no blood in his body and even though he gave everything, his life for the Jewish people and the world, still he was rejected by many. So, in my early fifties, God told me to go to the Gold Coast in Australia and I experienced tremendous rejection from just about all my family. Even though like Jesus I had poured my life out for them but they saw fit to reject me. God showed me that Jesus bore that rejection on the cross of Calvary so my wife Sandra and I could walk in peace. God bless him.

Next from the age of my early 50’s to age of nearly 62 I ministered in Brisbane Australia for 10 years in Brisbane’s notorious night club precinct of Fortitude Valley to 1000’s of people. I stood on the pavement and spoke to them. Many over the years got to know me well and word went out from the gangland stand over men that I was not to be touched as they perceived me to be a man of God. Therefore I was never touched by anyone.

This was the face of the man I saw in the original vision of heaven. He was on a throne and a multitude in front of him. Ones would raise their hands and say, “Thank you,” to which he would look down and say, “Oh yes, I know you and have looked after you and will look after you.” It was God the father and God used me to father the homeless, drug addicts, gangsters and those that inhabited Fortitude Valley over a decade, plus travelers and many young people as I stood outside the main train station. All up I ministered to about 7000 people. Many, many would walk past me and say, “Thank you,” and I would remember them from years ago. So God showed me the last 40 years of my life.

A NEW MINISTRY

Then the Lord showed me that as seen in the first vision of heaven there was a wind moving around the throne of God. When this wind came upon people and groups they just exploded in worship. Sometimes the wind stayed on them for a long time other times it was only for a while. The wind seemed to be doing this amazing dance before the throne. When the whirlwind came upon ones they sang the most beautiful song you could imagine. It was the “Song of the redeemed.” Suddenly the wind left the throne and started coming towards me. I saw it coming and it took a while but eventually it came behind me and I was filled with power as the whirlwind filled me. I sang that beautiful song of the redeemed. I raised my hands and just exploded in praise and worship towards God. Then Sandra next to me was filled with glory and she raised her hands and worshipped. We sang together for ages then the whirlwind left me and Sandra continued worshipping for a longtime.

The lord told me that I was about to enter a new realm of ministry and I was about to be filled with the glory and power of God. I would minister for a while by myself and then he was going to fill Sandra as well. We will minister together and then after a while I will stop and Sandra will continue ministering for a long time. A whirlwind signifies heaven touching earth.

WE WILL SEE THE FULLNESS OF GOD.

The Lord showed me that previous revivals and moves of God on groups and individuals had been around the back of the throne, but this move to come upon Sandra and me will be different as we were a long way away, possibly as we have mostly ministered outside the church. He said that the previous moves and revivals have seen His back and Jesus, but in this move we will see the fullness of God i.e. the four faces of God and Jesus.

THE GIFTS OF THE SPIRIT

I asked the Lord why I had seen him on a forty-five degree angle and he said to me that four plus five is nine and when the Holy Ghost comes upon me I will see the nine gifts of the Holy Spirit come into operation.

ARMAGGEDDON

I asked the Lord what the huge valley was that separated me and Sandra from God as we were in the cleft and looked across that vast valley. He said that that valley is the valley of Armageddon and the forces of good and evil in the world are preparing for that last battle between the armies of God and the enemy and that I would be used like Moses was when he did not lower his hands and arms in the valley of Rephaim but continued to intercede for Israel to win the battle. So, God will use Sandra and me to intercede and encourage the believers and the forces of righteousness to hold fast in the coming years as these two collide.

MINISTRY OF THE SUPERNATURAL

I asked the Lord how I could possibly keep my hands raised for that length of time and He told me it will be a supernatural move of God.

CHAPTER FIVE

THE CHURCHS VIEW OF GOD

I saw in heaven that the church sees God from his back. As I saw God in heaven the first face was the face of a Lion. The face was looking to the side and I could only see the right side of His face. The Lord showed me that the church sees this face and they see Jesus who I saw after the face of the eagle as discussed. The face of the Lion represents God in the Old Testament and Jesus portrays the New Testament. And we see the whirlwind, the Holy Spirit manifesting in praise and worship and moves of God. So we have this portrayal of the Father, the Son and The Holy Spirit.

THE FIVE-FOLD MINISTRY

The Lord showed me that the face of the Lion, the Bull, the Eagle, Jesus and the face of the Man represent the five-fold ministry that will be restored to the Church, the ministry of the apostle, the prophet, the evangelist, the pastor and the teacher.

* The Lion speaks of the apostle, the ruler.

* The Bull speaks of the prophet, tough, speaking the word, not afraid.

* The Eagle speaks of the evangelist, ever searching for new souls to bring into the kingdom.

* Jesus speaks of having the pastor’s heart, giving his life for the flock, the good shepherd.

* The Man with the people in front of him speaks of the teaching ministry.

I had a new revelation about the Lion and Jesus, how this is what the church sees. The church now mainly sees the apostle and the pastor ministry. We see men who have started churches and these churches are remarkably successful and these pastors have taken over the church. These men and women seem to be the evangelists, the prophets, the teachers as well. We are only seeing at present these two ministries of pastor and apostle. Seldom do we hear now the powerful prophetic word and the ministry of the evangelist is noticeably quiet. Where are the Billy Graham’s etc. and the great ingathering’s of souls and the teaching ministry now is mostly done by pastors. God is going to restore the fivefold ministry again in this coming move of the spirit.

THE PATRIACHS

The Lord showed me that as the Spirit of God moved around the throne and came upon those assembled, certain individuals and groups burst into spontaneous praise and worship. It resembled a beautiful dance as the Spirit flowed around the throne of God. He told me that not only were there Christians involved but many of the Old Testament saints as well. It was an epic illustration of the Holy Spirit moving from the call of Abraham to the boldness of John the Baptist.

Many Old Testament saints acknowledged Jesus, for example Moses when he said, “The Lord shall raise up a prophet like unto me.” Isaiah when he saw the Christ in Isaiah 53, David when he acknowledged that, “He saw the Lord always at his side.”

Many of these were born again when Jesus went to Hades and preached the gospel to those waiting there during his three days when he experienced death. Many of them were born again as they received the message from him and rose with him from the dead. Many were seen in Jerusalem after his resurrection.

I saw the Spirit come upon all the Old Testament prophets and godly kings all the way up to Jesus entering the Jordan River. It was a beautiful sight and the worship and praise was divine.

CHAPTER SIX

THE RESTORATION

God showed me that the Lion, the Bull and the Eagle speak of the animal kingdoms.

* The Lion speaks of him being the leader of the wild animal kingdom on earth.

* The Bull speaks of the tamed animals of earth which the Bull is the top animal in this group.

* The eagle is the leader of all birds.

* God showed me that the man seated on the throne is a man sited with Christ and this is the inheritance for the over-comers of the Laodicean church

Revelation 3:21, “He who overcomes, I will grant to him to sit down with me on my throne.” In the final age man will be reunited with the animal kingdoms like how it was in the Garden of Eden.

Between the man on the throne and the lion, the bull and the eagle is Jesus with no blood in his body, yet alive, risen from the dead.

Through Christ’s work on the cross and his resurrection this will happen.

Isaiah 11:6. “And the wolf will dwell with the lamb, and the leopard will lie down with the young goat, and the calf and the young lion and the fatling together; and a little boy will lead them. ⁷ Also the cow and the bear will graze, their young will lie down together, and the lion will eat straw like the ox. ⁸ The nursing child will play by the hole of the cobra, and the weaned child will put his hand on the viper’s den. They will not hurt or destroy in all my holy mountain. For the earth will be full of the knowledge of the Lord as the waters cover the sea.

Interesting that when God established the covenant with Noah after the flood it included the animals. Genesis 9:9. Noe behold, I myself do establish My covenant with you, and with your descendants after you; ¹⁰ and with every living creature that is with you, the birds, the cattle, and every beast of the earth with you; all that comes out of the ark, even every beast of the earth.

So God showed me that the animal kingdom and man will be restored through Jesus.

Romans 8: 18 For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory that shall be revealed to us. ¹⁹ For the anxious longing of the creation waits eagerly for the revealing of the sons of God. ²⁰ For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of him who subjected it, in hope. ²¹ That the creation itself also will be set free from its slavery to corruption into the freedom of the glory of the children of God. ²² For we know that the whole creation groans and suffers the pains of childbirth together until now. ²³ And not only this, but also, we ourselves having the first fruits of the spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting eagerly for our adoption as sons, the redemption of our body.

CHAPTER SEVEN

THE SEVEN SPIRITS OF GOD

The Lord told me that I would not see any more revelations about the face of God. He told me that my trip to heaven 40 years ago was the mainstay of all these other revelations. I had seen the Father and this had been the anchor of my life. He told me that about a year ago He revealed himself to me again, firstly as the four faces of God which correspond to the four gospels. Jesus can be seen in each gospel; the four animals are the four gospels.

Next, he told me he showed me that the four faces of God and Jesus refer to the history of the Bible from Genesis to the marriage supper of the lamb as I wrote about. Next, he told me that the faces of God refer to the opening of the sixth seal in the book of Revelation as written earlier.

About a year later He revealed himself again to me and showed me how the four faces of God represent the 40 years of my Christian life as I wrote about. That approximately each 10 years speaks of another face with my time on the Gold Coast representing Jesus. Then he showed me that the four faces of God speak of the five-fold ministry, a face represents a ministry as Jesus represents the ministry of the pastor.

Then he showed me that the four faces represent to fulfillment of Christ’s work on the cross and the restoration of the animal kingdom with man at the end of the age. As man will sit on Christ’s throne and judge the nations. He then told me that this represents the menorah (the candelabra which has seven lamps burning) and these are six anointings with the central upright being my taken to heaven many years ago. Revelation 4:5. “Out of the throne come flashes of lightening and sounds and pearls of thunder. And there were seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the seven spirits of God.”

These six revelations I saw over the last year and the account of my trip to heaven forty years ago are an account of these lamps before the throne. Each lamp gives a new glimpse of God, with Jesus’ work on the cross and his resurrection being the mainstay that enables the miracle working power of God to manifest itself. The central rod of the menorah is my vision of the father. The six revelations of Jesus are the other branches of the menorah and the fire burning is the Holy Spirit and the Holy Spirit illuminates the Godhead. The Lord told me that he had spent 40 years of my life building character into me to enable the Holy Ghost to illuminate the Godhead. The menorah was made from one piece of gold and a craftsman hammered out the menorah by the command of God given to Moses on the mountain.

CHAPTER EIGHT

 

ETERNITY

 

I saw again the great sight of eternity, the green grass as far as the eye could see and the crystal-clear blue sky. I felt that the reason why there was no longer any sun was because the seven spirits of God illuminate heaven and eternity. There is no greater light possible than the seven works that were accomplished by God’s precious Son on Calvary and His rising from the dead, our resurrected saviour. The lord gave me revelation that when I saw eternity it was a beautiful plain, no mountains and valleys.

He said to me that he had removed all the mountains (obstacles) that I had to battle in my Christian life and as I meditated on this I agreed and was amazed at the wisdom of God Almighty as I had never noticed this before about the vision.

Isaiah 40:4 “Let every valley be lifted up. And every mountain and hill be made low. And let the rough terrain; become a plain, and the rugged terrain a broad valley.

Then the Lord told me that in the next move of God this prophecy will manifest and mountains in people’s lives they have faced will be levelled. People will be healed, delivered, set free on a massive scale.

THE GOLDEN LAMPSTAND AND OLIVE TREES

 

Next the Lord started to minster to me from Zechariah 4. Then the angel who was speaking with me returned and roused me, as a man who is awakened from his sleep. ² He said to me “What do you see?” And I said, “I see, and behold, a lamp stand all of gold with its bowl on the top of it, and its seven lamps on it with seven spouts belonging to each of the lamps which are on top of it; ³ also two olive trees by it, one on the right side of the bowl and the other on the left side,” ⁴ Then I said to the angel who was speaking with me saying, “What are these, my Lord?” ⁵ So the angel who was speaking with me answered and said to me “Do you not know what these are?” And I said, “No my Lord.” ⁶ Then he said to me, “This is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel saying, ‘Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit, says the lord of hosts.’ ⁷ What are thou, O Great Mountain? Before Zerubbabel you will become a plain; and he will bring forth the top stone with shouts of, “Grace, grace to it!”

The Lord revealed to me that my vision of the plain is contextual with these verses as well. I felt he said to me that a great seemingly impassable mountain remains which must become a plain before the second coming of Christ. This mountain is the Jewish people and the nation of Israel receiving Jesus as the Messiah.

Paul in Romans spoke that a hardening had come upon the Jews to enable the gentiles to receive the revelation of Christ. Romans 11:26. And so all Israel will be saved; just as it is written, “Then the deliverer will come from Zion, He will remove ungodliness from Jacob.” ²⁷ This is my covenant with them, when I take away their sins.”

This verse you may remember I quoted earlier on about how in heaven I saw the throne of God as mount Zion and Jesus revealing himself to the Jews in it. The Jews believe God dwells in Zion as it is the mythical place where all the Old Testament prophecies are fulfilled, and the law kept, and all the Levitical sacrifices fulfilled. Jesus is the fulfilment of them all.

REVIVAL

Sometimes the Lord wants to move powerfully in our lives. In Isaiah 40:4 the lord says to remove all the mountains, lift the valleys, let the rough ground become a plain and the rugged terrain a valley. This can speak about our lives, our hearts. Things must be put right so that verse five can be fulfilled in our lives. “The glory of the Lord will be revealed, and all flesh will see it together; for the mouth of the Lord has spoken.”

We should examine ourselves.

THE PLAIN OF GRASS

Upon meditating on my vision of eternity being a plain of beautiful green grass, just like the grass that first grows after grass seed sprouts, this needs to be looked at in context. When God speaks to you and interprets visions and dreams, sometimes He does this through the Bible times of understanding.

As Israel at the times of the historical setting of the Bible was primarily a farming community. Something like seventy percent of the population was rural. Abraham, Isaac and Jacob had flocks and had great understanding as pastoralists. For many of these people of these times a field of beautiful fresh grass that went on forever and ever with a sky of blue overhead was heaven on earth. It would mean incredible prosperity and peace for everyone and their families since cattle and sheep would have limitless bounty to eat thereby producing a great financial bounty for the owner. So, God was saying to me that eternity is going to be amazing for us.

He also led me to see it in another dimension in Genesis 1:29. And God said, “Behold, I have given you every plant yielding seed; that is on the surface of all the earth, and every tree which has fruit yielding seed; it shall be food for you; ³⁰ and to every beast of the earth and to every bird of the sky and to everything that moves on the earth which has life, I have given every green plant for food and it was so.”

Man was originally only to eat plants. It was only after the flood that man was allowed to eat flesh. Genesis 9:3. Every moving thing that is alive shall be food for you; I give all to you as I gave the green plant. So, God was showing me that we shall return to his original plan of living of green plants, whether spiritually or materialistically I am not sure, maybe both.

As I saw in heaven there were no clouds in the sky, so no need for rain just like before the flood when a mist would arise and water the ground. The flood was the first time it rained.

In eternity we will return to a state like the “Garden of Eden”.

THE TREE OF LIFE

Brothers and sisters, it is my great privilege to share with you an amazing glimpse the Lord graciously showed me of “The Tree of Life”. I saw probably the most beautiful scene a man could see, other than seeing the Lord, the Holy Ghost or The Father. The scale of majesty was awe inspiring and I know for sure I will never be the same, such was the magnitude of beauty that my soul was privileged to behold.

The tree itself was about six to seven meters high, comprising one single, solid trunk about a meter wide. The canopy of the branches was almost a perfect umbrella shape. The tree resembled a fountain; such was the amount of leaves being produced by the branches. The leaves seemed to just fall from the branches and seemed to be almost weightless as they wafted down to the feet of the tree, like feathers gently shimmering down to the ground. At any one time perhaps 20 leaves were falling from the branches of the tree and gently gliding to the ground.

When the leaves fell to the ground, they did not die but seemed to glow and have the life of God in them. I looked at the leaves and they resembled the beautiful “mother of pearl” shells in which oysters live and pearls are formed. A pearl is produced by a piece of sand or an irritant getting into the oyster and to protect itself the oyster creates a pearl. This is done naturally by nature of can be simulated by “farmed pearls”.

The leaves were the size of a man’s hand and the colour of the “mother of pearl” which is like the colour of a whitish opal from “Cooper Pedy” opal mines. They were like a diluted rainbow colour. I asked the Lord why they were this colour and I felt he said to me that the leaves of the tree of life were for the healing of the nations. That when a person eats a leaf, i.e. receives the gospel of Jesus Christ then the mother of pearl goes into the person, family, or nation and envelopes the area of suffering the person has and even as a pearl is created by an irritant so God forms a pearl from the persons suffering and can turn the situation of affliction into something beautiful as in a pearl.

A pearl is unlike other precious stones in that it does not need the hand of man to perfect it, like cutting as is needed to be done to precious stones like sapphires and diamonds. So, when someone receives Christ into their life God enters them and establishes His kingdom in them and brings beauty out of their suffering.
